Level Artist

Responsibilities:

• Concepting game locations/level in collaboration with; Concept Artists, Game/Level Designers, Narrative Designers and others dev departments
• Setting the rough geometry of locations
• Finishing locations and cutscenes with existing meshes and objects
• Create within a full development cycle, from prototyping to finalizing levels, polishing and optimization.
• Working on asset lists and corresponding whiteboxes/greyboxes.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Level\Environment Artis
• Understanding of optimization and rendering process’ in a modern game engine
• Visual thinker and pays attention to aesthetics.
• Self-motivation and passion for building new worlds.
• Ability to set time estimates for yourself, and can effectively commit to deadlines.
• Above average collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.

Nice to have:

• Experience with 3D Software like 3ds Max/Maya and World Machine.
• Basic sketching skills, which would be helpful in presenting your ideas.
• Basic knowledge about architectural styles.

Outsourcing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Negotiation with outsourcers(pricing, contracts, offers, timeline)
• Daily communication and relationship management
• Manage, track, evaluate & process outsourced tasks from initial hand-off to final delivery in order to create a strong, predictable & high-quality pipeline of assets
• Regular check-ins & art reviews
• Ensure that the work gets done according to budget, quality and schedule
• Link outsourced assets with internal team/s and provide foresight on when artists should expect new OS deliveries and vice versa
• Overseeing any outsourced art production
• Managing and preparing  all paper work related to daily cooperation with outsourcing partners
• Ensuring timely payments for outsourcing partners
• Risk and problems reporting to Producers and Management Board
• Contingency planning with the guidance from Producers and Management Board

Requirements:

• Experience gained on similar position
• Excellent organization skills, intelligent, reliable and keen

Głównym zadaniem osoby zatrudnionej na tym stanowisku będzie zgłaszanie i weryfikacja błędów dotyczących wszystkich elementów gry. Testy performance oraz stabilności. Sporządzanie szczegółowych raportów znalezionych błędów.

OCZEKUJEMY:

• Pasji do gier

Senior Game Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design levels, game mechanics and scenarios that reflect the game’s vision;
• Writes game scripts, design documents;
• Introduce feedback for general game improvement
• Anticipates, identifies and articulates problem areas and develops preventative solutions.

We require:

• 4 years of Game Design experience;
• Excellent knowledge of gameplay mechanics and games features

• Familiarity with leading 3D-engines, tools to create maps and scripts (e.g.Unreal, CryEngine, etc.);

Senior Level Designer

Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities:

• Full level ownership until it ships (starting from paper design, through the whitebox phase, scripting, iteration, debugging and optimization)
• Feedback and collaboration with other level designers and acting as a Mentor for Junior Level Designers
• Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams involved in production process, giving and receiving feedback to all elements of the game
• Creating all necessary documentation

We require:

• At least 3+ years of experience in level design
• Understanding the role of level design in the overall player experience
• Ability to create map layouts (from scratch to fully functional levels)
• Ability to convey all elements of the game world ( level geometry, texturing, lighting, sound and VFX) to create unique player experiences
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

TECHNICAL ARTIST

The Senior Technical Artist is uniquely qualified to acting as a bridge between the Artists and Programmers working on a game in order to deliver the project on time and in line with quality expectations. He/she will be responsible for all documentation writing for art pipeline.
The Senior Technical Artist will also be responsible for ensuring that art assets can be easily integrated into a game without sacrificing the artistic vision or exceeding the platform’s technical limits through investigating new techniques and optimizations.

We require:

• At least 4 years of professional experience on the similar position
• Strong technical background in areas such as lighting and rendering, texturing, and graphics-related programming languages
• Wide knowledge of art packages ranging from modelling to texturing and special effects

• Fluent English
• Solution way of thinking to be able to think creatively to resolve technical challenges and limitations
• Have knowledge of console hardware architecture
• Highly skilled in the use of 3D graphics software
• Be able to anticipate the needs of the artists so as to streamline their productivity
• Perfect, detail-oriented, problem solving ability

A Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for collecting and evaluating sales information and using that information to maximise sales productivity.
Person hired on that position will be coordinating  information flow between internal departments, foreign partners and distributors.  She/He will be also in charge of sales administration activities such as: orders collection, invoicing, sell in reports preparation, returns control, outstanding and current payment control.

Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position within gaming industry;
• Experience in cooperation with international distributors and publishers;
• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a clear and efficient communication with external partners and inside organization;
• Solid knowledge of the gaming business industry;
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
• High Excel proficiency;
